Anytime!! We are available 24 HRS. a day—7 Days per week—365 Days per year!!

HOW QUICKLY WILL PUROFIRST RESPOND?

If it is an emergency, we will dispatch a vehicle as close to within an hour as possible. For non-emergencies, we will make an appointment with the insured to see the claim.

WHEN WILL PUROFIRST HAVE THEIR SCOPE AVAILABLE?

Our computerized line item estimates will be on the adjuster’s desk in about 48 hours, including photos. Other than emergency work to contain the loss, no other work will be done until we and the agent/adjuster agree on scope and price.

WHO WARRANTIES PUROFIRST’S WORK?

We do! Purofirst warranties all work in writing for One Full Year. Further, we are all fully insured.
